21 Day Fix Meal Plan 1200-1499


I’ve started Week 2 of my 21 Day Fix journey!  I haven’t one this program in a while and I like how it is getting back to basics!  My 21 Day Fix Meal Plan is complete and I am ready to crush this week.  The meal plan I follow is in the 1200-1499 range, meaning I eat 4 reds, 3 greens, 2 purple, 2 yellow, 1 blue, 1 orange, and 2 tsp per day.  You might be like- what the heck does that mean?!  Here’s where I explain all about the 21 Day Fix.

I really like this plan as it fuels you body with the proper nutrients and I always get to eat!!  5 times a day is good with me.

Some of my favorites are on the plan this week, like poached eggs with kale, onion, and peppers!

Another favorite are my easy-baked sweet potatoes.

The Schedule

I stuck to the regular 21 Day Fix Schedule for week 1.  Since I have the Beachbody OnDemand All Access Pass I decided this week I am going to do the  “ReMix the Fix” and “Deluxe Workouts”!

The Remix the fix workouts include:

-Dirty Dozen (In place of Dirty 30)

-Cardio Core Remix (In place of Cardio)

The Deluxe Workouts Include:

-Barre Legs (In place of Lower Body Fix)

-Flat Abs Fix (In Place of Pilates Fix!

It’s all about being STRONG and taking care of or bodies.  I am LOVING the enthusiasm in our New Year New You group as well!  Tons of information sharing, motivation, recipes, and tips!! If that doesn’t keep me motivated I don’t know what will!
