Healthy Chicken Caesar Wrap

Wraps and sandwiches are the perfect things to quickly make and take to lunch! Easy, quick, and you can make them healthy with the right ingredients!  This healthy chicken Caesar wrap is easy to whip up and sure to satisfy! Eric said he was tired of his turkey sandwiches, so, being an awesome girlfriend, I suggested we try this and it is a success!

So all you need is a few ingredients and some grilled chicken!  You can either make your own clean caesar dressing or find a clean version in the store.  But make sure it is clean and not loaded with crap!! Remember non or low fat doesn’t mean good for you.  You have to check the ingredients to see what all is in it!

If you want to make your own, this is a yummy option!

If you buy store bought dressing, avoid those with artificial flavors, additives, and preservatives.  Look out for added sugar too! Usually the ‘normal’ isle in the grocery store is not where you want to look for a healthy dressing!  In my grocery store the better dressing are near the produce, or check a health food store like Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s!
