Chocolate Crepes

I could eat chocolate for every meal!  I love my chocolate shakeology and often add cocoa powder to my greek yogurt to make it chocolatey!  I saw this recipe in the Fixate cookbook for chocolate protein crepes and just had to try them out!  Of course, I made a slight change 🙂 This is the perfect nighttime sweet tooth as it’s sweet, chocolately, and packed with protein!

Ingredients (serves 1).  
For the 21 Day Fix this is 1/2 red and 1/2 purple.
2 Egg Whites (1/4 cup)
1/4 scoop chocolate protein powder (I used my Shakeology)
1/4 Cup Non Fat Greek Yogurt
2 drops pure vanilla extract
1 scoop pure stevia leaf extract
1 twist Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
1/4 cup sliced strawberries
1/4 cup blueberries

Directions:
1.  Combine egg white and protein powder in a bowl and mix well.
2. Heat non-stick skillet on medium heat and pour batter into pan.  Cook for 1-2 minutes until bubbles form on top and flip.  Cook another 30 seconds.
3.  Combine yogurt, extract, and stevia in a bowl and mix well.
4.  Fill crepe with yogurt, strawberries, and blueberries. Fold in half!
