Chocolate Protein Muffins

I’m back this week with some more blender muffins! I love blender muffins as they are simple to make, delicious, healthy, and the clean up is easy!  This time I am bringing you chocolate protein muffins.

These have a few simple ingredients and are less than 100 calories a pop.  These chocolate protein muffins are perfect for post-workout, breakfast, or on the go healthy eating!

Ingredients (6 Muffins)

1/3 cup + 2 Tbsp Old Fashioned Oats
1 1/2 Bananas (Ripe)
1 Scoop Clean Chocolate Protein Powder
1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
1 Egg
1/2 tsp baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Himalayan Sea Salt

Directions

  1. Preheat Oven to 350F.  Spray 6 Muffin Tins with non stick extra virgin olive oil.
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour equally into muffin tins.
  4. Bake for 16-18 minutes.
