Baked Spicy Shrimp

Shrimp, shrimp, shrimp : )  Oooo how I love shrimp.  I’m always looking for new flavors and spices to add to it.  Here is a recipe for baked spicy shrimp.  I added it to baked veggies and brown rice for a full meal.

The meal was SUPER easy to prepare and QUICK.  The sauce only takes 5 minutes to whip up and then the shrimp bakes for 8 minutes!

Sauce Ingredients:
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1Tbsp honey
2 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp olive oil
2 tsp reduced sodium soy sauce
2 tsp chili seasoning

Mix all ingredients in small bowl until blended.

YUMMMMM.

Directions (makes 4 servings):
1) Thaw shrimp (1 lb for 4 servings – I used large shrimp) according to package
2) Preheat oven to 450F
3) Spray a shallow glass baking dish with non-stick olive oil spray (mine was 11×7)
4) Once thawed add the shrimp to the baking dish and pour sauce over shrimp.  Toss shrimp in sauce to coat
5) Bake for 8 minutes stirring occasionally.

I baked the veggies the same as I did here, and the rice according to the box.  Enjoy!
