Welcome to my blog! The Fresh, Fit, Healthy blog is all about a fresh approach to fitness, health, and living a balanced life. I intend to short, effective workouts, healthy recipes, sample meal plans, as well as tips and advice on living a healthy and balanced life.

You can learn more about me in the “About” tab of this blog. As a quick background, I am a NASM certified personal trainer. I had my own physical and mental transformation and really learned to think about food as fuel and how to properly fuel my body with what it needs. So often, we think we have to be 100% in- to eating healthy and sticking to a workout routine but that’s not the case. It’s about living a healthy and balanced life and making good choices about 80% of the time. This way, you are not missing out on those desserts you love or that wine. You aren’t getting angry at yourself if you skip a workout. I truly believe everything in moderation is the best way to live for the body and mind, and I intend to share that here!
