Grilled Avocado Fish Tacos

These grilled avocado fish tacos are one of the items for dinner on my 7 Day Shred Meal Plan and they are not only healthy but delicious and satisfying! Tacos are amazing and just because you are eating healthy doesn’t mean you give up on taste.

Some simple seasoning and lime juice really add a nice flavor.  You can either grill or broil the fish. I used cod in this recipe, but it would also work well with any white fish, like tilapia, flounder, or halibut.

  3. Place fish on grill or under broiler (in a broiler pan lined with aluminum foil) and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side
  4.  Wrap the tortilla(s) in a damp paper towel and microwave for 30seconds.
  5. Cut fish into bite-sized chunks.
  6. Fill the tortillas with lettuce, fish, avocado, and top with cilantro and lime juice.
