Total Body Bootcamp Workout

With COVID-19 at a high- everyone is turning to at-home workouts. I wanted to play my part and offer what I can to help! As a personal trainer, I regularly teach 45-minute total body Bootcamp classes. All you need is light and medium dumbbells (or other things that are weighted, such as soup cans or wine bottles) for this one.

So blast your favorite Spotify station (if you need a playlist, follow me here), pull out a timer (your phone has one!) and get down to work.

All of the circuits, starting with Circuit 1, are done 2x through. For Circuit 1 for example, do Exercise 1 for 45 seconds, take 30 seconds of rest, then move on to Exercise 2. Once you get to the bottom, repeat the circuit before taking 1 minute of rest and moving on to circuit 2!

You are getting it all in this workout, cardio, a combination of lower and upper body strength exercises (to work more muscles in less time and get your heart rate up), and ending it with a core blast. I’ll be back to show demos of certain exercises!
