Baja Lime Avocado Tilapia Tacos
So I found this recipe a while ago and have been wanting to try it! These tilapia tacos are amazing! I usually make my tilapia the same way, but decided to try it this way and I’ll definitely be making it again! And it only took about 15-20 minutes!
For the 21 Day Fix this is 1 red, 1/2 blue, 1 yellow, and 1/2 green!

2 tilapia filets (or other fish of choice)
1 Lime
2/5 (slightly less than half) an avocado
1 small tomato, cubed
1/3 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp pink Himalayan sea salt
1/4 tsp onion flakes
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 whole grain Ezekiel tortillas
1/2 cup romaine lettuce or spinach
Olive Oil Spray
Directions:
1. Mix pepper, sea salt, onion flakes, and garlic powder in small bowl.
2. Place tilapias in a skillet (sprayed with olive oil spray) over medium heat. Season with 1/2 lime, and 1/2 of the mixture made in step 1.
3. Cook fish until it flakes (only about 4-5 minutes).
4. While fish is cooking, place the cubed tomato and avocado in a small mixing bowl. Add other half of lime juice and remaining seasoning. Stir and let sit until the fish have finished cooking.
5. Take 1 whole grain Ezekiel tortilla and place 1/4 cup of the romaine (or spinach), 1 fish (cut), and half of the avocado/tomato mixture on it.
