Strawberry Maple Oatmeal

Yes, I am on an oatmeal kick!!  I have found a new love for steel cut oats as well!!  Today it was breakfast for dinner and I made strawberry maple oatmeal!! : 0

Ingredients
1/4 cup steel cut oats
1 cup of water or milk of choice (or combination)
1/4 mashed banana
1 tsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp cinnamon
A dash of nutmeg
A twist of Pink Himalayan seasalt
1 tsp pure maple syrup
1/4 cup chopped strawberries

Instructions
1.  Bring water/milk to a boil, add oats, mashed banana, coconut oil, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
2.  Reduce heat to low and let cook 15-20 minutes until most of liquid is absorbed
3.  Turn off heat and allow to sit for ~5 minutes to absorb rest of liquid.
4.  Add salt and maple syrup
5.  Dish into a bowl an top with strawberries
