Homemade Almond Butter

Mmmm 🙂  So I’ve made homemade peanut butter before and it’s really delicious!  I had been looking just at grocery stores near me for almond butter but I couldn’t find ANY that didn’t have something else added to it!  So why not make my own!!  This was similar to making peanut butter, just had to run the food processor a little longer. 🙂  Luckily this is one of the healthy fats I can have while on the Refresh so I can have some tomorrow!

Ingredients
Dry Roasted Almonds
That’s it!
Directions:
1. Add dry roasted almonds to a food processor or blender and blend for about 2 minutes. 
2.  Stop and scrap down the sides- it will look like the picture in the upper right.
3.  Turn on and blend for another 7-10 minutes scrapping down sides as needed until you have a creamy butter (picture in lower left).
4. Store in an airtight jar or container. 🙂  
Don’t eat it all at once!
