3 Day Refresh Review -Meal Plan and Results
I have exactly 21 Days until vacation!! My nutrition has not been the best and I have been having trouble with grazing. Ughh. I always hated cleanses as I need FOOD! I can’t go even a day without having actual food and not just juices/drinks. This is the only reason why I am open to trying the 3 Day Refresh!! It includes actual food and doesn’t highly restrict the calories you consume – so when the cleanse is over you won’t gain everything back as soon as you start eating real food again.

Here is my unbiased and true 3 Day Refresh Review!
Breakfasts
I got up and did my workout as normal – I had my vegan shake and 1/2 a banana. Delicious as always-not much to say here! I did the optional tea and had green tea each morning.
Fiber Sweep
The fiber sweep is what I was dreading because I had heard some nasty things about it! I was ready to choke it down- but it wasn’t all that bad! Would I choose to drink it- no. It tasted like a citrus Airborne to me. My tips are to use ice cold water, really shake it up, and drink it right away or else it will start to clump.
Lunch
For lunch I had the vanilla refresh and my favorite lunch option was this! Spinach, avocado and strawberries! It takes care of the veggie, healthy fruit and fat options! It was delicious! 🙂
Dinner
I ended up trying a different dinner recipe each night! The spinach salad, the coconut veggies, and the veggie stir! I really like the spinach salad and veggie stir! I feel like the spinach salad kept me the fullest 🙂
The bloat that was hanging around from my not so good habits the past few weeks was gone! Now, 5 days later I have still broken my habit of ‘grazing’ in between meals which has really kept me on track. My before photos are on the left and after photos are on the right. I lost over 3 pounds in the 3 days and on the 4th day NO I did not gain it all back. Because of the cleanse and how great I felt I was able to stay on track and actually lost another 1/2 lb from the 3rd to the 4th day (eating as I normally do).
Overall – I think it was a decent cleanse that I will definately be doing after my VACATION and anytime I need a kick in the butt to get back on track!
