Easy Healthy Pizza
Pizza Day! Pizza is a delicious and quick meal- order it and pick it up right? WRONG!! Being healthy doesn’t mean you have to give up pizza. I made an easy healthy pizza! Homemade and bakes for 8 minutes! Half for me, half for Eric. 🙂
You can make your own pizza crust OR find a whole grain crust already made. I tried making my own once an epically failed- so I went for finding a good one! I went for a flat whole grain crust-it’s all flat, no extra dough around the perimeter.
Here are the ingredients. I’ll do each half seperatly. One half is more veggies (for those of us who are lactose) and the other has more cheese. We will call them the veggie half and the cheese half.
For the veggie half (2 servings, 2 slices each!) Per serving: 1 yellow, 1/4 purple, 1/2 green, 1/2 blue
*1/2 cup organic tomato sauce
*1 cup mixed bell peppers (chopped), zucchini, and mushrooms (add any other veggies you like!)
*1 blue container of feta cheese (1/4 cup)
For the cheese half (2 servings, 2 slices each!) Per serving: 1 yellow, 1/4 purple, 1/2 green, 1 blue
*1/2 cup organic tomato sauce
*1 cup mixed bell peppers (chopped)(add any other veggies you like!)
*2 blue containers of feta mozzarella cheese, shredded (1/2 cup)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 450F.
- Spread tomato sauce over entire sauces and the toppings on each half.
- Place in oven and cook 8-10 minutes (depending on the crust!)
Enjoy!!

I don’t like feta cheese. Could you just use some mozzerella?

Yup! You can use a different type of cheese.
