Ingredients

  • 2 (5 oz) fillets wild alaskan salmon (or your favorite)
  • 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • extra virgin olive oil cooking spray

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer for 3-5 minutes to 390F.
  • Add frozen salmon, skin side up to air fryer basket. Cook for 7 minutes.
  • In a small bowll, mix together soy sauce, maple syrup, garlic, and lemon juice.
  • Flip salmon, pour marinade on, and cook for another 7 minutes.
  • Let sit for 2 minutes and serve!
